We want customers to be satisfied with their PhysioMethod purchase.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that they are clean, undamaged, and in reasonably resalable condition.
To initiate a return, contact info@physiomethod.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the product back.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary by financial institution.
Bulk Orders
Orders of more than 25 pairs or other individually negotiated wholesale purchases may be subject to separate return terms communicated before purchase.
